DESCRIPTION:Welcome to The Healing Journey!\n  \nAre you ready to be well? Are you ready to deepen your healing journey? Are you ready to heal alongside other survivors? If so\, me too. International invites you to join The Healing Journey from October 2024 – to June 2025.\n\nLast year\, we launched the Survivor’s Sanctuary Community Healing Series\, which brought Survivor’s Sanctuary content to life through a series of five virtual workshops. Survivors were invited to attend as they were available and interested\, and we learned a lot. This year\, we created a more deliberate space where survivors can heal in community supported by embodied experts. For this experience\, we are asking survivors to take a journey of healing with us.  \n \nThe Healing Journey will offer a bi-monthly\, interactive\, workshop that invites members of the Survivor’s Sanctuary community to journey through featured Survivor’s Sanctuary lessons and attend corresponding workshops. Each session will explore a workshop topic followed by a 30-minute processing time to discuss your experience with the featured lesson. For this journey\, workshops will explore the steps of somatic grounding: NAME\, STAY\, EXPLORE\, NOTICE\, and REFLECT. More than attending a workshop\, or completing a lesson\, this journey invites you to be in a community of healing with other survivors.\n\nIf you are seeking a community of intentional practice or want to explore Survivor’s Sanctuary in more depth\, we invite you to join The Healing Journey. While The Healing Journey is open to all\, we will prioritize the diverse experiences of women and fems of the global majority.  \n\n*ASL\, Spanish interpretation\, and live closed captioning will be available.
