Integrative

Having an awareness of mind and body and applying this awareness (embodiment) to healing pursuits is integrative. This area of focus will bring the first two approaches together. While the integrative approach can be taken as a standalone approach, we encourage survivors to explore and ground themselves in the mind and body approaches first, to reap maximum benefits of this approach.

Here we will explore a variety of practices that draw on presence; embodiment, skill integration; spiritual practices and the whole body.
